Lynnette McCollum
Lynnette has over 30 years of course design and facilitation. Her work in Change Management earned her placement in the Cambridge Who’s Who of Executives and Professionals. She was also awarded The Federal Women’s Program prestigious “Impact Award” for her work in mentoring women. Lynnette is a graduate of the acclaimed Federal Executive Institute, a Commissioned Stephen Minister, Certified MBTI Administrator, and Facilitator. She is the creator of The Buried Treasures Series and an internationally known series for teens and preteen girls. In addition to her unwavering work with Majestic Minds, she is also a founding member of Anointed Women In Christ (AWIC), co-host of AWIC TV, and co-owner of VBN (Value Voice Victory Belief Network). Lynnette is extremely passionate and zealous about motivating others to achieve their highest potential in their personal, spiritual, and professional lives.

Minister Chris Allen
Minister Chris Allen was called to minister the gospel on August 6, 2008, when God revealed His purpose for her life through His Word, Jeremiah 1:1-9. As God confirmed in her, “Then the LORD reached out his hand and touched my mouth and said to me, "Now, I have put my words in your mouth.” Since this time, she has been a mouthpiece and a vessel ready to be used for God’s glory. It is her calling to encourage and to empower men and women of all ages to know who they are in Christ, and to know how much He loves them. It is her vision to see people develop a closer and more intimate relationship with Christ as they learn to live freely in the abundant life, He died to give us.
